Introduction

Hey, I'm Sam!

Hi, I'm Amber! And we're the Crude Twins! Welcome to our chaos!

Welcome back, Crude Twins fam! We're so glad you're here, and if you're new, welcome! We're so happy you're here as well.

We have finally made it to episode 100, and it's true crime time! This episode is special not only because it's our 100th milestone but also because it's a case close to home. It's about our great-grandparents on our mom's side of the family. Note that this is all alleged, and nothing has come of it.

Our great-grandmother was a very sweet lady who used to give people second and third chances. She was very forgiving. However, it turns out that she had some skeletons in her closet. Let's dive into this intriguing story.

A Great-Grandmother's Mysterious Past

Our great-grandmother was known for her kindness and her willingness to help others. She would often open her doors to people who needed help, offering them meals and a place to stay. Her compassionate nature made her beloved by many in the community.

However, as we dug deeper into our family history, we discovered some perplexing and unsettling details about her past. It appears that there were whispers and rumors about certain events that don't align with the angelic image we had of her.

The Dark Rumors

There were rumors that our great-grandmother had connections with individuals who had questionable characters. Some people even suggested that she may have been involved in activities that could align with criminality. These stories piqued our curiosity and urged us to learn more about her and the people she associated with.

One particular story involved a mysterious disappearance of a local man. Although no concrete evidence ever tied our great-grandmother to this case, the timing of the man's disappearance and her association with dubious individuals raised eyebrows.

Unraveling the Truth

Our great grandmother was a very sweet lady and used to give people second and third chances. She was very forgiving. It turns out that she had some skeletons in her closet. We found out later in life that our great grandmother was married twice, which we didn't know until we were into our teen years. Then we were told that our great grandpa, Roger died from lead poisoning while working at GM in Janesville, WI. He died in September in 1958. Then in 1959, she marries the man we grew up knowing as our great grandpa, Albert. Albert was very good friends with our great grandpa, Roger. He had moved in with Roger and Margaret (our great grandma). Albert and Margaret allegedly had an affair.

It turns out that Roger didn't die from lead poisoning, but from arsenic poisoning. Albert and Margaret had gone to trial for poisoning him. So, this all comes out (allegedly) and had created drama within our family.

Then we wrap up the episode with our final thoughts.

Conclusion

Episode 100 has been a deeply personal journey for us. We hope you've enjoyed this glimpse into our family's past.
